The information submitted is to be completed by an individual with current Amateur Radio license privileges. You may request service for yourself, or for your club, if you have been given permission an authority to act on behalf of the club. You will be solely reponsible for any and all correspondence with QSL.NET and will be the account holder of record.

The submitted form must be complete and contain all required information:

We will then set up an e-mail address using callsign@qsl.net (or acronym@qsl.net if this is for a club) and this new email address will forward to you at the above at your current e-mail address.

Verification: *Required* What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.

I understand that if I am granted a website and FTP account:
  • I have sixty days to start an Amateur Radio Web Page, or contact QSL.NET for an extension. I further understand that failure to do so may result in removal of all system access.
  • Websites and FTP accounts that appear to have been abandonded may also be removed at the discretion of QSL.NET.
  • I am responsible for making regular backups of my website.
  • The website is not to be used for personal data backups or other non-amateur radio use.
