The information submitted is to be completed by an individual with current Amateur Radio license privileges. You may request service for yourself, or for your club, if you have been given permission an authority to act on behalf of the club. You will be solely reponsible for any and all correspondence with QSL.NET and will be the account holder of record.

NOTE: A donation to QSL.net of $25 per year per mailing list is suggested.

List Name:  20 chars max

List Description:  70 chars max
Briefly explain what the list is for (max 70 characters). What you enter here will be displayed when hams view the list of available mailing lists on our web site. To see some example list descriptions, click here (will open new window)

By submitting this form, I certify that I have read and agree to abide by the QSL.NET Acceptable Use Policy, and that the statements above are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

I understand that if I am granted a Mailing List:
  • I have sixty days to begin using this list, or contact QSL.NET for an extension. I further understand that failure to do so may result in removal of the list.
  • Mailing lists that appear to have been abandonded may be removed at the discretion of QSL.NET.
  • I am responsible for becoming the List Administrator and handling general list maintenance and requests for support, or I will assign someone to this task. (You can read more about the roles and responsibilities of a list owner here).
  • The Mailing List is for amateur radio related topics only.
